The Apartment is part of an architect designed New England Style House, built in 2007. Separated by an atrium room from the main house, the 2 bedrooms, eat in kitchen and bathroom with shower as well as a deep tub offer you complete privacy. Access is through a common front door and then separate entrance from the atrium room.

The house is located on an 8 acre lot with 300ft waterfront on Keene Narrows. From the shoreline you can see Medomak Lobster Company, Bremen Long Island and Oar Island.

The 2 windows on the right are Bedroom 1 (far right) and Kitchen.

Atrium and Patio with BBQ are available for Guest use.
